What Does Digital Literacy Mean in Higher Education?

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The New Media Consortium (NMC) Horizon Report: 2017 Higher Education Edition identified improving digital literacy as a solvable challenge - something “we understand and know how to solve.” The report also cites the JISC definition of digital literacies as "those capabilities which fit an individual for living, learning and working in a digital society." JISC encourages using this definition as starting point to explore key digital literacies which is what we hope to do in this session.
